Ordering

KN Computer Supplies requires payment within 20 days of the purchase. We accept all major credit cards with a 3% processing fee. We also offer a 2% discount if paid within 10 days.

Shipping

If the product is a stock item, it will ship the same day. Most computer supply items are stock and will ship either out of our warehouse or another facility within the U.S. Most orders ship via UPS but we can ship a carrier of your choosing if needed. Shipping time of printed/custom orders varies depending on proofs, changes, production etc., but once approved, the product will ship that day.

Guarantee

All of our products come with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If for some reason the product is defective, we will replace it immediately and ship it that day (providing it is a stock item) making sure you have no downtime.
